So far it's a great app very interactive and they seem genuinely happy and care about the customer more so than most apps out there. The Fan I purchased is one of the coolest devices I've ever come across and how the app combines tech and innovation turning a fan into a total work of art. I have only been a day and a half with my new product and I am Stoked with everything. Will be definitely looking towards my next purchase.✌️

Great easy functionality and SO WORTH buying the one with remote!! Helps to not get up physically to change speed/direction. The only issue ive had so far is a slight noise when I use the rotating part. Gotta figure out how to fix that as it becomes disruptive but highly recommend this fan and height reaches above those of us with taller beds!

Using with a portable AC unit. Constant disconnects after the last few updates. Very strong WiFi signal and speed. Very frustrating. Using the app just a moment ago and poof, device is disconnected. Update. it just magically reconnected. ***update*** it seems to be working perfectly now. April 2026
